Grand Designs Live
Executive Chef Phil Thompson recently enjoyed his second year at Grand Designs Live at the Excel in London. The exhibition, designed to showcase suppliers from the home, garden and design industries also hosts live cooking demonstrations from celebrity chefs from across the UK.
Phil designed and demonstrated how to create two unique dishes using seasonal produce, which are now available on the Auberge du Lac's A La Carte Menu.
A huge success, Phil's two demonstrations were very popular as he talked the audience through his chosen dishes with ease and confidence.
